Changes in the conditions of processing of payments

Please, note that as of August 17, 2015, the new paragraph 10.11 of the Client Agreement will come into force. Pursuant to terms set out in this paragraph, the Client agrees that the Company will not be responsible for the Client's financial losses if they were caused by a delay in transfer because of a fault in a payment system. The Client acknowledges that the fact of sending a payment to the Client will constitute the fact of fulfillment of the Company's obligations regarding withdrawal of funds.
