The safety of the client's personal information reception and storage is the most important element of the Company's operational activity. All operations associated with confidentiality (payments, filling out of forms in the Personal Area, change of personal information, etc.) are carried out exceptionally through a trusted connection. Special attention is paid to the issues of the safety of payment operations. The Company does not collect or store the details of its clients' debit/credit cards. In order to refill a trading account with the help of a debit/credit card, the Client will be directed to the website of a processing center.

The confidentiality policy is an integral part of the Company's internal procedures and is designed to implement the main principles of the Client's informational safety - safety and integrity of the personal information. The operational aspects of this policy do not require that the Client provide any other information except that already provided to the Company in the process of registration of the "Personal Area" or in the context of the client agreement.

Moreover, personal information that the Company gathers about the Client allows the Company to ameliorate the quality of resolving issues that may arise and will increase the level of client services.


The Client's personal information includes the following:

  1. Personal information that the Client indicates in application forms and other forms in the course of opening a trading account. Full name, personal mobile phone number, residence address, date of birth, passport details, personal insurance policy number, number of policy of obligatory medical insurance, occupation, and position.
  2. Information regarding financial status, Client's investment experience.
  3. Documents required for Client's identification: passport, document that confirms his residential address (public facilities payment bills and/or bank statement).
  4. Documents that confirm transfer of monetary assets by the client: payment orders, bank statements, copies of plastic card, etc.

Third parties

In order to process payment orders and trading orders received from the Client, the Company has the right to pass Client's identification information to affiliated companies, paying agents, auditors, or other authorized organizations and persons. The Company guarantees compliance with all the required measures for protection of confidential information by authorized persons who are also responsible for safe storage of the Client's personal information. The Company has the right to provide confidential information regarding the Client to third parties only in case of an official inquiry from administrative and/or judicial bodies.
